Alerae was hungry, and it was dinnertime, so she went down to the Dining Hall, of course. She had a rather uneventful time lately, so thought she might find someone she hadn't spent time with lately and see if there was anything interesting going on. Honestly, she was feeling pretty down. Another hatching, in fact two, come and gone and she was still just plain old Alerae of the Creche. She sighed to herself, pulling a face at the thought of being a Creche worker until she was old and grey. Mind, she loved working there, but she really desired something more in her life.
She made her way to the Hall and served herself up a plate, before looking around at those sitting down already. Hmm... No, she didn't like that person. And that one was just an absolute bore. That greenrider didn't know how to appreciate things right, and that one, shards if he didn't understand the meaning of color scheme. A slow smiled crossed her face as she spotted Ceilidhe, sitting with another couple of people she didn't place right off the bat. She quirked an eyebrow as they all leaned in close like they were sharing a secret. Alerae suppressed her wider smile. It was just like Ceilidhe to be plotting something, and she wanted to know what it was, so she walked over to the group.
As she got closer she identified the Brownrider O'wain, though she still couldn't place the other. She knew O'wain from both scandel and truth. She had actually shared a bed with him a time or two, but nothing serious. It's hard to resist that dashing rider, she though to herself, a slight blush coloring her features. She came up to the table right as he was telling Ceilidhe about pretending to have a child. She had no idea WHY they wanted to pretend that, but unable to resist, she plopped her tray on an empty spot and proclaimed, " Oh Ceilidhe is much to old to have any more children, O'wain." she grins and winks at her "captor" to show the tease, " Better yet, why don't we make it you and me are having a child. I would find that MUCH more believable." she added, then laughed lightly. " Joking aside, why exactly do you want to pretend there are going to be children?" she asked all three, taking a seat.
