Hello loves! While I haven't been writing, I have been working on updating some issues that have been hanging around on the layout! The Character change box is now at the bottom of the page, beside the up/down arrows! Green and Gold dragon flight dates have been shifted to the bottom of the page, where the (useless!) discord widget was located. Where the dragon flights were in the header, is now replaced by a Monthly Event box! This will be updated at the start of each month, with a fun mini-event you can take part in, if you want to! Height: Small, Daelyne stands barely about 5'3" tall.
General Appearance:
Daelyne is lean and not at all curvy. She's quite short, standing only a scant 5'3" tall but she makes up for her lack of height with her personality. Her eyes are quite wide, giving her an almost innocent look. It's a lie. Daelyne only pretends to be innocent. Her blue eyes are tipped with a set of full thick lashed and are something of an almond shape. Her blonde hair is thick and bright. There are times when it appears brassy and this is usually in the height of summer. Thick and wavy, it generally falls loosely about her shoulders.
Dressing Style: Daelyne is always clean, except for when she's not. She doesn't mind getting dirty if she's playing around with her daughter, but other than that she prefers to be clean. Her dressing style is much the same as a man's and one would be hard pressed to find Daelyne in a dress. Though she has found that dresses can be fun sometimes.

She doesn't lie. Daelyne thinks liars are a waste of space and she refuses to do so for anyone else. If someone wants her to lie to them or for them she'll tell them straight out to go between and stay there. Daelyne has a penchant for bronzeriders, which she's pretty sure stems from the fact N'vian sired her daughter. Kind of helped he took her virginity at the same time. Daelyne is loyal, it takes much for her to take that loyalty elsewhere and the person who loses it will likely never see it again.
Habits/Mannerisms: Daelyne has an awful habit of chewing on her fingernails. They are ragged and are generally uneven lengths.

Likes:
Cuddling: Weirdly, for all her prickly nature, Daelyne loves to cuddle. When she needs a fix she's often found in the creche cuddling with Daetra.
Spring: Spring is one of Daetra's favorite times of the turn. Its neither too hot or too cold and is just right. The changing from dull and drab to bright and colorful is like watching a sunset.
Rainstorms: Daelyne enjoys the chaos and noise of a good rainstorm, she enjoys the sound of the rumbling thunder and the rain striking the ground. It is soothing for her.
Dislikes:
Tunnelsnakes: Can't stand tunnelsnakes, thinks they're creepy and crawling and quite gross.
Wet socks: There is nothing worse than having wet socks on a pair of cold feet.
Dogs: Daelyne isn't too keen on dogs, the heavily built dogs some people had in Katila were intimidating and she hated the way that made her feel.
Strengths:
Fierce: Daelyne is fierce, there's not much she wouldn't fight for and she never apologizes for who she is.
Reliable: Daelyne is always reliable, even when she doesn't want to be. Asked for something, she'll almost always deliver and she's never late to a meeting.
Honest: Daelyne doesn't lie and she'll always tell you the truth even if it hurts your feelings.

Suspicious: Daelyne is naturally suspicious, she thinks everyone has a hidden agenda and she doesn't appreciate it in the least.
Sarcastic: Daelyne tends to be a bit sarcastic. She often mocks people for simple mistakes or pointing out the obvious in the sneerig tones.

The rest of the makeshift weyrs excitement when Nirinath finally rises bleeds onto the small girl and she's just as excited. Doesn't really understand what it means when the dragons between. 732-4 & 12-14:Decides she's going to start standing. No one will let her stand for Future Designs, no gold egg was present, she's pissed beyond reason for this. Has an intense desire to impress green and only green. She does not. Stands for Dangerous Days, The Hunted, The Pursuit, and Have Faith. Does not impress at any of them. Shortly after Have Faith hatches everyone's life is turned upside down by a landslide. Her arm is broken and remains stiff to this day. She'll stand and not impress at Carpe Diem.
735 & 15: Stands for Future Embarks still hoping for green. Does not impress. Daelyne finally goes north with everyone else. She's excited at the prospect of being some where new. Still intent on impressing green. Maybe being north will be where she shines. Stands for the clutches with gold eggs that would be hatched at Telgar. She doesn't impress at a single one of them. She's starting to have some serious doubts about standing any longer.
736 & 16: Goes on to Fort in time for Fragmented Memories. Still does not impress, more doubts are present.

Pixie is a long and lithe green. She is rather dark for a green, though she does have some light splashes of a much lighter green along her back and tail.
Personality
Pixie is sassy and affectionate. Except she's only affectionate to Daelyne. Pixie could take or leave anyone who isn't the blonde haired girl. She's quite loud and doesn't particularly care. She's always on the go and has an annoying obsession with anything shiny.
