We are looking to run a mini-plot (approximately 6 months, maximum) with long term effects! This plot will centre around a single character, and have run off effects on his friends, family, and surrounding community!

So, what is the plot and what are we looking for?

At the upcoming Hatching, the character in question will Impress to a Hatchling who will be a very ill, runty thing that only Faranth knows how they managed to Hatch. Colour will be either green or blue, we haven’t decided yet, and can be impacted by your character or left entirely to us!

The Hatchling won’t survive longer than 4-6 months, before either dying or actively going between – you can decide how the little dear bites the dust when it comes to that point, or you can organise things in advance! Whether your character also dies, and by which manner, is up to you. They are also allowed to survive and be completely grief-loopy if that appeals to you.

Your character must be part of the friend group, which includes:
Directly: Mylorah, T'ryn, Casa, N'mor, Z'rin, @Misharan, R'dare, R'dal, @Nerreh, @Kordiavis,
Indirectly: @Madiquel, A'tay, @Indivara, R'vi, F'drel

This will most likely mean that the individual is Weyrbred, and likely between the ages of 17 and 20. They could also have been Searched and come to Katila, but that would be less likely but not impossible.

By having this group of start-up friends, you character will have a wide impact with their Impression, their time as a Weyrling, and the death of their dragonet. They are 100% encouraged to branch out more and make as many friends as they can before and during their mini-plot.

ETA: This character will also be impacted by Healers, who will of course be on call and such to help look after their baby.

This character can be pre-existing or created fresh for this plot!

Application is open now, for existing or newly created characters. All members are free to apply and you can apply with multiple characters, which will of course make it quite exciting at Hatching Day to see who… ‘wins’.

If your character is not chosen you are welcome to submit them for the same type of plot in the future! If we have a lot of interest, we’d love to see this kind of event pop up over time. Not necessarily the sickly dragonet, but PC deaths!

Activity will be required for this character!

They will need a minimum of one new thread each month to help build their on-screen friendships, relationships, and to make the plot enjoyable for every one to read and take part in!

Ideally, we would love to see them take part in 3+ threads each month, but the minimum requirement is one.
