To each his own [open] - L'te - 15.Dec.12

Silute was engaged in his favorite pastime people watching.  Now that things had mostly settled down after the more recent upheavals first the appearance of none other then firelizards. Though of which he was quite curious about. He wouldn't mind have one of the dear creatures as a constant companion though his dear blue  Teegarth was enough for him.

He chuckled softly to himself hearing Teegarths words in his mind. I should hope so that I am the only one you need. Teegarth replied quickly and quietly.  Silute assured Teegarth softly.

He looked around the room again. He was looking for a freind he hated to be eating alone and today was no exception and the recent trouble  the Weyrleader being sick his dragon becoming mad with murder on his mind didn't ease  Silute's mind. He needed a companion. He didn't care who anyone would do. He searched the room looking for someone that looked lonely or just approachable.

Re: To each his own [open] - Vaeyla - 19.Apr.13

Vee sat with her head down, chin resting in her left palm, staring blandly down at her plate. She had already abseltly picked apart her small piece of bread and she was now poking at her tubers, completely uninteresting in eating them. Today had been another bad day for her, she had woken in a decent mood, had visited Evritt early and then tended to her chores. Half way through her chores a group of women were rejoicing as one of them had turned up pregnant, and that had sent her spiraling into a well of sadness and despair. She had spent more then an hour in silent tears as she scrubbed dishes and clothes. She had been such a miserable mess she had been given leave to take a small break and get something to eat. She had been grateful for that, but now she sat simply feeling wretched and empty inside. Even though she had her son, she was still deeply sad that she had lost her second child.

So there she sat, in a far corner of the dining hall, trying to pull herself from her sadness. She was getting better, and she knew she had to get back to work soon, so she was trying to focus of the positive things in her life as she had been told to. Evritt was the only thing in her life that gave her any sense of being. Sure she had been searched or stolen, whichever, to stand for dragons eggs, but even they did not seem to want her. She supposed she couldn't blame them but that was neither here nor there. She heaved a large sigh and stabbed a tuber, picked it up and glared at it, thinking it would be far more interesting to fling it away then to actually eat it, then again, she would be the one having to clean it up.
