The twins were endlessly fascinated by L'gan's weyr and Sariel's hair was rating high on the list today as well. They were overeager, nearly bouncing in her arms as she swept Sarion and Lariel up for kisses and headed to his weyr. She had a few days off, finally, and embraced that with her usual enthusiasm.
The girls adored Semath and were at that stage where they'd take off in search for the green once Sariel let them down. She near envied their energy and sank herself on the nearest comfortable surface before closing her eyes. Sariel laughed when Lariel ran back toward her with her arms raised. Knowing Sarion, she was waiting patiently for her friend to arrive. She even knew how far back to be to allow the dragon to land and get comfortable.
Lariel wound up curled against Sariel's chest a half hour later with the both of them dozing off. Sarion would wait patiently, her eyes bright and watchful. She was all black-brown curls with a serious demeanour. Lariel was laughter and banter, forever pulling her twin into games designed to make her laugh. They were a lovely pair, each balancing something in the other.
Sariel found that wonderfully fascinating from a healer standpoint.
"Do you want to sleep, lovey?" she murmured to Lariel, "There's the cots..." But honestly, Sariel was content to stay where she was and her toddler was comfortable where she was. It was the weather had cooled with the evening sun.
It was perfect weather for a cuddle.
