Indivara flinched slightly when R’vi came up behind her, expecting him to jump her or splash her since she wouldn’t have put it past him to use such actions to lighten the dour mood she’d brought down upon them. She hummed a quiet agreement to what her fellow bluerider said; after all, she would never do anything to intentionally hurt her dragon, and she knew a dragon would never do anything that would harm their rider. It just didn’t sit well with her that Venseth was still waiting to give Chase, and the fact that it was becoming more clearly her fault for that was uncomfortable.
Indivara cast her gaze sideways to peer at R’vi after he kissed her on the cheek, then rolled them before settling her gaze back on the dragons. “I’m sure you could,” she drawled, not taking him seriously at all. It really had never occurred to Indivara that the mischievous twin actually found her attractive, being far too used to people who just put up with her to believe anyone beside Venseth was invested in her in any manner.
Turning around without breaking R’vi’s light hug, Indivara poked him firmly in the chest. “If I know you, you wouldn’t have the time for me.” Still highly amused, Indivara patted R’vi on the cheek in a playful manner. “Time for bubbly pie, I think.” It would no longer be warm (If it had retained any heat after a trip between) but a cold bubbly pie could be eaten with much more investment than a hot one, anyway!
