Weslyn’s preferred style depends on what she’s doing. When she’s working in the crèche, a shirt and pants or even shorts are preferred as they’re easy to move in and she doesn’t mind if they get dirty as they’re usually older clothes.

In her free time, dresses are sometimes donned, usually set to her knees or even mid-thigh if she’s looking to flirt and seduce. But again, a shirt—this time a bit tighter to show off her cleavage—and shorts or pants are still part of her rotation. Colour-wise, she doesn’t have a preference, going more with the style of clothing first.

720 & 0: Weslyn is born near the end of the year. Her father doesn’t want claim her and her mother isn’t all that thrilled to be left with a child in a barely functioning hidden village so she leaves Weslyn in the care of the crèche. Her name comes from the two women in charge of it at the time.

721-726 & 1-6: Weslyn is a fairly well-behaved child that doesn’t fuss too much and is happy to play with whatever is given to her and share with other kids.

727 & 7: Nirinath clutches! She’s still too young to fully grasp the true meaning of this but knows the adults are excited and Weslyn is excited to see baby dragons. She’s not disappointed at the Hatching, falling in love with all the little dragons that seem perfectly her size.

731 & 11: Another Hatching! She’s just a bit too young to Stand herself but Weslyn is happy enough watching. She knows more about how these new people keep appearing and while some of the adults tried to play it down and say the new people were happy to come, it’s obvious not all of them were and she learns they were Kidnapped instead of the traditional Searching method.

732 & 12: Since she’s technically old enough to not need to be in the crèche at all, Weslyn is often off playing with friends. She helps with various chores and offers to assist with the younger kids in the crèche since she views them—especially the ones without parents—as her own siblings that need caring for.

734 & 14: Some of her friends Impressed! Weslyn also Stood at that clutch but walked away alone. That night, the landslide happened. A lot of lives were lost, including many children she cared for and some friends. Somehow she escaped with minor injuries and spent the next several weeks assisting in cleaning up and salvaging what they could. It was horrifying and not something she ever wants to go through again or even wish on an enemy.

735 & 15: On her birthday, Weslyn tells Korlin that she wants to try sex. With him. Both being virgins with little to no experience in anything—it was okay. From hearing some of the Holder girls talk, she knows virginity is a big deal and she’s happy to have traded it with a friend.

736 & 16: With Fort and Ista now open, Weslyn stays in Telgar. The heat of Ista was appealing but Telgar had become her new home, a new life after the landslide and she didn’t want to start over again. Most of her friends moved away but some stayed and she had her job to help keep her occupied.

739 & 19: Stands for Bedith’s maiden clutch. Korlin and a couple of other friends Impressed and she was thrilled that they would be in the same Weyr as her again instead of the random visits they sometimes had. However, a rampaging gold leaves her with a twisted ankle as she tried fleeing within a group of Candidates and wondering if Impressing was something she really wanted.

742 & 22: Present day.
