Zahrah had meant to give the second lamp to Erebuth and had packed it in her satchel to do just that Impression or not. She also meant to stop by and see B'kit, who she didn't know but had done a commission for a lamp for Erebuth some time ago. So, here she was, the lamp covered in a towel, a basket of glows, and a smaller lamp for B'kit that cast soothing colours in her pocket as she sat on the end of her bed.
Sedath, ever curious, came with her, padding along as regally as possible, her little chin tipped officiously. Her tail flicked this way and that as she found Erebuth's mind. It went elsewhere too but the little gold didn't seem to mind. Her squint went deep enough her eyes were almost closed, though.
I am Sedath, Zahrah's lifemate, Sedath said. May we ask yours to come visit?
Zahrath had told her lifemate to be as gentle as possible but her voice was still fairly loud. They'd work on it, though. Like her manners, which they'd been working on since the second Impression was made, it was going to be a challenge.
