Re: Bath time, Peace Time - B'run - 02.Feb.13

"'Course! Ain't like I get visitors, so no chance'a you ruinin' an appointment or somesuch. Think I might toss a shirt on an' go huntin' fer one m'self. Might be nice t'have a li'l flit 'round, eh?" He shrugged, skipping a stone across the water, careful to keep it away from A'liran. He didn't want to accidentally hit the man, after all. He'd gladly welcome the company - This friend thing wasn't half bad!

"You headin' back up?" He asked with a glance towards the sky. It was beginning to dim and, no doubt, dinner would be ready soon, with the call going out to grab your plates and dive in. B'run cast a glance to Olemuth, watching the bronze a moment before shoving his hair out of his face. "S'pose we should be gettin' back up to the weyr. Grub'll be ready soon and while he's eaten," he jerked a thumb towards the dragon. "I'm hungry."

Re: Bath time, Peace Time - A'liran - 05.Feb.13

"Yeah," A'liran said, partially reluctant but also with a bit of disdain. He enjoyed escaping the Weyr for a while, but these adventures always came to an end right when they got good. It was indeed getting later, and his stomach was gnawing at him impatiently. He hadn't eaten much that day and had forgotten to pack anything for the lake excursion, and he was pretty sure if he didn'y get something soon he was going to resort to cannibalism.

Astoreth purred and crawled up on the beach, fanning her delicate-looking wings for a moment before rising to a full stand. A'liran walked over, running his hand down her side as he made his way to her front. He mounted and nodded to the bronzerider, who he'd found to be such better company than expected. The greenrider's previously sour expression had faded and was replaced with an approving look that mingled pleasant surprise and quiet respect. More bronzeriders needed to be like this one; he just hoped his first impression would prove consistent in future meetings.

"I do need to go get something to eat. Thank you very much, though. It was nice hanging out," he said, conceding his pleasure at the meeting much easier this time. His nerves soothed and his paranoia dispelled, he was able to give the other man a sincere smile. "See you round soon, though. Take care."

Astoreth crooned once more to Olemuth. See you later, big boy.... she said before taking off.

Did you just flirt? Bitch

I did! What are you going to do about it!
